Hey on the servers list there is a typo in the address of the server,
# irc.teksaavy.ca - users - Toronto, ON - Teksavvy Solutions Inc
it should be irc.teksavvy.ca !
Also kudos to TekSavvy for runnign an efnet server, ^5 -> TSIGabe
