If anything, your ISP is the one who should change abuse-policy. "Blacklists" are kept for a good while, and if you're one of those that doesnt do jack, I'd recommend you to get a shell somewhere, with a static host.

wow, where have you people been? I can't remember which servers have it enabled, but i remember discussing this last year :p go search :) I did search, but i didnt find, therefor the question was brought up :) And, the only server i've found with it enabled is homelien, so I was just wondering. But...

I noticed today, that some servers actually supports part-msgs, is this a new feature? I mean, will we see this on all server from now on? or is this just something that should be disabled or something like that..
