yes but when i try to use the web page version it wont let me in there any more none of the web based chat channels work for me any more i have tryed to of my computers and is a no go it allways say *** Access Denied: Too many connections on any of the channels on that page it just weird that it do...

Did you add irc.efnet.us to be your 1st attempted server connect? Not sure why the servers with restricted i lines would be in the top level round robin rotation. The International legal issues that have not already been resolved are for diplomats, lawyers and politicians to resolve and have no bearing on having an identification entry in the IRC profile listing page.
