BTW, It doesn't refuse under mirc, but my mirc evalution is about running out, I have 1 other IRC software program plus ChatZilla on Firefox and I cannot get access on either one of them

I cannot connect to EFnet
Every time I try and connect, the connection gets refused. What am I doing wrong?
