Thanks for the reply. I don't know if you did something or someone else fixed things, but now I can join any and all efnet servers again. So case closed. But back when it was a problem I did try all the efnet servers I could find with the same result.

Hi. I've been a user on efnet for decades. I've been unable to join the server for the last 2 weeks because EFnet seemingly has starting using a blacklist meant for email, and thus naturally including Comcast residential IPs, to restrict who can join the *IRC* servers.
