I dont understand how you could translate that the server have reached max connections in your connection class (ip-range or domain) that the server isnt a free service 8)

However, now that qurve have explained how this works i hope everyone is happy.

Canada links new client server

irc.dks.ca was earlier today approved a trial link to the canadian portion of EFnet. The server is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and will be open for everyone to use.

The server is hosted by Beanfield Technologies.
