EFNet does not have Chanserv, Nickserv, or Memoserv; therefore you cannot register anything or leave messages/notes for anybody on EFNet. Also, EFNet does not provide the ability of hiding your host/IP#.

EFnet does not provide bot services. You will have to install your own, beginning with learning *nix operating system.

Not sure what you mean. There is no channel #Eurasia on EFnet. Perhaps you mean an entirely different network that has nothing to do with EFnet.
