That isn't a very good log you posted, however, every server has the right to remove any of their users, for any reason, or no reason. Just pick a different server, there are plenty to choose from.

1) It takes 3 opers to remove you from every server on the network. 2) how do you know it was SantaOz? 3) what you did is considered spamming. if you spam, you're removed the network either by human process, or a network service. 4) a spammer threating to "leave EFnet for good" because they were ban...
