No, the answer, as it always has been regarding server issues, is to get on differently, hit /stats p server.name, find an active oper, and ask. There's no guarantee that any oper or admin from any server checks these boards.

So... try another server?

Hit /names #channel. Anyone with a @ is an op.

If the channel doesn't exist, join it, and... surprise! You're an op.

You have to talk to the operators of the channels. They're the only ones that can place and remove bans.

Also, usually, posting 7 times about something, and not explaining it at all is very annoying. There's a list at the bottom to say who is on the forum at any one time.

G-lines expire in 24 hours, normally.

However, the fact that you're using a common connection, and the fact that G-lines target machines and not specific users, doesn't bode well for you.
