yes and it has been my biggest accomplishment. i hijacked a network that is almost entirely hubbed (only 2 switches) and splits a cheesy 128kbps internet link over 150 computers. w00t!

if you have control over DNS to your website just find some efnet servers you particularly like and put round robbin DNS of irc.yoursite.com to those efnet servers? or does efnet not allow this?

i use ratbox on my net and personally i am very happy about testmask. lets say someone loads up a load of clones using a /24. i can simply do a testmask on that and make sure all the clones are caught or no real clients are caught in the process. i dont really see how testmask could be abused. its n...

yes that is what i currently use on my internet and i would like to extend a great thank you to Hwy for writing and maintaining it. i am pretty sure that it doesnt use any services.xo. it was based on geostats and extended far beyond that.

new drone monitor appearing on some servers

hi,
as i connected to some efnet servers i saw a drone monitor ctcp version me. so my curiosity told me to ctcp version it back and i did. the reply was Dronemon version 1.5.0beta1 (20040212_1). i havent seen it on any websites and i was wondering if it was open source.
