I personally don't think any EFnet opers would use any scripts created by a 3rd party, especially in mIRC, besides ircN sucks anyway.

I would recommend trying a network that uses UnrealIRC rarther than ratbox/hybrid, they are more likly to be your target audience.

IMO prison.net is useless, try a different server, chances are if you traceroute the servers you will find one that is closer, and ultimatly quicker for you.

Try and find one that is most local to you.
