I cannot get through the Web Chat link

I get to the page that says:
"EFnet - IRC Webchat Portal
Please click here to enter the webchat interface.
provided by boldt.us"

I click the link, and that page just reloads.

Anyone know why?

EDIT: Hmm...I'd swear that other thread wasn't there a moment ago. Sorry.
