Banned... apparently two drones is too many?

I accidently hibernated my notebook and turn it back on really quickly and had to reconnect to irc and everything is going fine.... then it says that I already exist and then I'm banned because of too many drones? Now I can't get on efnet anymore, I've been on efnet for the past 5-6 years (I'm in china right now so my isp is different from what it was a few weeks ago :p).

Any help would be great.
