I Have Mac OS X Tiger a router for my internet so I can have my VOIP phone it is unhooked now ( it is not wireless ). I have never had a problem with connecting to efnet before I don't understand what all these errors mean. I don't have a virus. I cant connect to any servers. My firewall is off. I get one of these msgs on every sever. I went to remove my isp from ircnet.com/cgi-bin/bl.cgi?ip=72.225.56.12 but when I went to http://openrbl.org/lookup?i=72.225.56.12 it was so confusing because I saw so many sites that I could remove my ip from and I didn't understand half of what these sites said and they gave warnings if you don't make sure you do it right the first time you could never be able to remove your ip and I don't want to mess myself up. They list windows programs to scan and check your system but im not on windows. If I leave these things alone will it fix itself? I have never used a proxy but I normally connect using my router and I don't have port forwarding on however now it is disconnected. I just installed indent today when I started having problems. Any help would be great thanks.

ok, try this:

go to the web page.
click on the 'openrbl js client' button
click 'lookup'
once it's done, click "+Pos"
this leaves you with just the "bad" replies
click the various boxes to see what that list has

Now, from what I see *at this point in time*(1) that address is listed at
sorbs. So click the sorbs link, and lets see what they say:

Dynamic IP Space (LAN, Cable, DSL & Dial Ups)

So. What does this mean?

This info about the IP address is used by mail servers to block spam.
In my opinion, *at this point in time*(1), you should not be blocked.
The first server you list says the ban will expire in 7 days,
the other one says 1 day.
