Hey, me and my buddies were hanging out in a private channel and just poking fun at each other, sharing some funny urls. Anyways, along comes this irc oper guy (I won't name the little nazi) who apparently didn't find the urls funny (not like anyone told him to look at them, anyway) and issued a G-Line for "spamming." Before G-Line'ing, he sent me a msg saying "hi ladeedaz" or something stupid like that. Apparently, he thought I was someone else. I don't know, but damn, there are channels with anti-jew (see threads below) topics and what not and I get g-lined (not even a warning) for a little url?

Anyways, how long do these g-lines last for and who can I contact about getting it removed.

G-lines usually go 24 hours. Are you sure you're G-lined? Have you tried other servers?

Servers generate spam messages automatically, so it's possilbe that that's what happened.
