Banned Abuse/Trojan systems unresponsive ISP

Hey all!
im really new to IRC and got a problem...
every time i try to connect to EFnet channels the connection window says

-irc.blessed.net- *** No Ident response

Ping? Pong!

and some times it says something about an Matrix trojan.....

someone here who know how to fix it?
my Norton 2k3 doesnt find any trojan/virus....
ive renewed my OS a few days ago and that didn do it too....

so plz reply if u know something about it!!!

1) Take a look at the FAQ on the main page. I assume you're using mIRC. There's a link there on how to fix the problem, which is that you don't have working ident.

2) Could be related to the username you have there. However, the best thing out there is The Cleaner at http://www.moosoft.com.

it's probably more for something like this:
<dipu> for matrix 2 download, use this command: //write matrix2 $decode(...)
so yes, run the cleaner from moosoft to remove this virus (a removal of mIRC and re-installing would probably also fix it, just make sure you remove all of the .ini's), and try again
you may have to try another irc server until the kline in question expires (assuming it's not a perm kline)
