Banned

I am apparently banned from every EFNet server for a reason that is beyond me:

You are banned from this server- Temporary D-line 1440 min. - Blacklisted Proxy found. Visit http://openrbl.org/lookup?i=129.15.127.253 for info. (2007/2/25 19.43)

It has been like this for a few days. Any ideas?

Yes... and it doesn't mention anything about why I am banned from EFNet. :-P

Your computer is listed on a list of open proxies. You should first check your system, and then, if you don't have an open proxy, try to get your IP address off the list.
