EFnet decided to randomly knock me out because they claim I'm a tor exit node.... sorry, nope! And even if I was, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Tor is a great thing for browsing the web anonymously. It's also a great thing for spammers and such to use to abuse just about anything you can imagine, including IRC.
If you're not using Tor then you can get on a different server and ask an oper on the server you were banned on to remove it.
