blacklisted/K-lined ip

i was able to connect yesterday evening, but now that i tried to connect this morning(1000hrs), i am k-lined for no reason. i can understand if you did it to me for a reason, but i connected for a whole 4-5hrs and typed in a whole paragraph maybe with other people. i know this is an international IP, since I'm currently not in the states(occupation). but is there some way i can get it undone?

thats the given ip. tried going to the site it gave me the first time i got disconnected and said i was banned for 1440m, but the site wouldn't load/work for me.
