Postby imarkon » Tue Apr 15, 2008 11:15 am

how can i help if i find everytime my IP banned? (as explained here banned-temporary-k-line-1440-min-trojan ... t2172.html )
it's normal to submit request removals, isn't it? then, why you blocked my address?
if i can't even use my mail address to ask to remove my IP from blacklist, how am i supposed to do ?

email addresses are only blocked after 8 or more requests for removal for the same IP without any change in the status of the IP. if you don't want to be blocked, stop making repeated removal requests when you know that you have not removed the infection from the host in question.

ok ok, but how can i know when the dumb user's infection is over?
is there a way to contact him ? these are the info coming from the k-line systems:
drone: nick Rachel19; hostmask ~IiFUncyN@213.140.19.121; gecos "BellaIiFUn"; extra "8 *" [irc.efnet.ch]

also, why every time irc gives me this error?
* [10053] Software caused connection abort

you would have to ask your ISP to help track down the infected user. we have no way of doing this.
