I get banned all the time for no reason...

This happens all the time to me. Usually, if I disconnect (56k) it'll fix the problem. I've gotten different ban messages, though. I only use two channels on the server and have never been banned from either, so I don't know why it keeps banning me like this.

bad user info is usually illegal characters in your ident or other connection info.

if you're using mIRC, make sure you don'y have any non-alphanumeric characters in the ident and email configuration fields.

sorry, the 'Bad user info' is from an xline ban. change your 'Name' info.
