Can't connect, Somehow banned?!

i use the ChatZilla firefox add on to get on to my favorite channel but when i start it up and try to connect to efnet i get this:

How can i resolve this issue?

irc.efnet.net is a roundrobin that lists many servers. try connecting directly to an individual server listed on http://www.efnet.org/?module=servers
