Today in #sonya blaxthos killed all opped clients in the channel even though scd_ (afaik) was on the top scores list, so that chanfix would come take channel. This was an "internal dispute" and (afaik) SOP is not to get involved in such things. As well as the excessive kills where opers should not have been involved, the kills continued, and then joined another oper "cms" who continued to kill excessively. This is blatant abuse of power and should not be tolerated on EFnet.

No, scd_ is not the top score, he is #9. The kills were unnecessary as a manual chanfix would have had the same result and been perfectly permissible under the circumstances.
