Help on Connection to IRC server lost

Hello

i am goldie from india. i try to connect but i cant connect to irc channel

this is what its show when i try to connect:

please help me to solve this issue

so its mean my net connection ips allready banned? and so i cant use EFnet IRC channel?

please help me i am new here

it means you need to have whatever issue resolved that is causing you to be listed by CBL, and request from CBL to be removed from their blacklist
