Can't join #metalheadz and #MH-Underground

I get this :
#MH-Underground unable to join channel (need correct key)
what does it mean?

it means the channel is keyed, and you cannot join without the correct key. if you have the key, type /join #channel key
if you don't have the key, you have to get it from someone who knows it (ie - someone in the channel). more likely than not, the channel is keyed for a reason, and you won't be able to get in, so you should just move on
