What did i do? i can't even think what i have done wronge, troyans and stuff doub't cause i have NAV and TC updated and running.
Can some1 tellme how to fix this? because i have dynamic ip, but since january i have the same IP.

Hello,
Looking at the link you pasted, I see that a range of addresses are blocked, and your address is in that range. Therefore, this block doesn't mean you, specifically, have an open proxy. It does mean that other customers of fibertel.com.ar have open proxys and that these customers addresses have moved around within the blocked list.
There are two things you can do:
1. Try another server from this list http://www.efnet.org/?module=servers
2. Contact your ISP with the link you pasted.
The reason you want to contact your ISP is that only your ISP can take the steps required to have addresses they manage removed from such lists.
