Proxy what proxy ? OMG

I am sitting at the irc.banetele.no and plaing d2lod when my mirc was minimazed to the system try. I have quit the diablo2 and what i see disconnected ok so i push the connect button and i get msg.

The ip i am showing is my ip of my network i have dynamic ip 83.29.x.x when i connect to the internet i get a new ip class i don't know why i have been banned ? This is insane !
