How do I access files on EFNet's servers?

I'm new to FTP file sharing. I got a copy of CuteFTP and was wondering if someone more experienced than myself could walk me through the process of setting up this program to file share on EFNet? Thanks.

Setup backdo... I mean FTP site, test it, announce it in your favorite channel that allows you spam your stuff. Simple. Anything more complex would require you to actually read.

-- I also read the original post wrong. I thought you wanted to set up an FTP site. Oh well!
