how does efnet function ? how to register your channels to efnet ? like there is chanserv , cservice in some channels . whats on efnet ?

There are no registration services on EFNet. If you want to protect a channel, you'll have to have trusted friends and/or bots. Read why: http://www.irchelp.org/irchelp/networks/noserv.html
