Uvex rides again.

Today, EU admins have approved the newlink application submitted for irc.efnet.ru. EFnet has been without a Russian EFnet IRC server since irc.rt.ru delinked in early 2001. The admin of irc.efnet.ru will be Ter and Uvex. Their new IRC server will be running IRCD-Ratbox 2.x, and will not permit bots. Uvex is a former EU EFnet admin, having run irc.rt.ru for many years.
