A remote exploit has been discovered in mIRC version 6.0 and up. The exploit can allow a person to remotely crash your client when receiving certain commands. mIRC v6.12 has been released to fix this problem.
If you run mIRC, we highly recommend that you upgrade your client as soon as possible. To temporarily fix the problem until you upgrade, you can type "/ignore -wd *" (without the quotes) everytime you start mIRC.
EFnet.info is an offical mIRC mirror site; you can download the newest version here: ftp://ftp.efnet.info/clients/win32/mirc/
