irc.limelight.us is open again

After having closed routes for a month irc.limelight.us is open again. The server is located in Phoenix, AZ, USA and has been linked since December 2002.

Finally, with all the bad news thats been following EFnet around, a breath of fresh air. *runs off to limelight*
