Qeast to delink.

Today, Atomix, the primary admin of the Qeast servers has announced that Qeast will be parting ways with EFNet. This announcement comes as a result of a handful of influences such as changes within the company that hosts Qeast, the peering point they run, efnet politics, and his personal life.

It is sad to see 3 very stable and long-time servers go all at once.

I think I can speak for most everyone when I say thank you to Qeast for the time that you did serve our network, we will miss you.
