After 60 days of trial efnet.aixit.de is now a full linked member of EFnet.

thanks to everyone who made this happen. Especially my partner maik, for being a quick learner, but especially for being a good friend. Thanks to Garion, zap, and all the eu-admins and opers that always had a smile and a helping hand. Now users get us up to 10,000 users!! (users not drones).
