irc.servercentral.net is currently down due to hard drive failure. We are currently working as quickly as possible to get it back online, and hope to have it online some time tonight or early tomorrow morning.
The ircd.servercentral.net was an unrelated downtime, which was used to upgrade the OS and ircd.
