Hello,
I've been using IRC for a while now but I haven't come across this before.
I visit some channels on EFNet on a regular basis, now they do not appear in the channels list. I usually filter them. Now, if I do a full channels list it doesn't look like all of them appear. The channel with the highest user count is 85 when I know there should be channels with well over 300 users.
I'm using mIRC v6.16 and recently rebuilt my computer.
If anyone knows wtf is going on I would appreciate it.

Missing Chans in EFnet

Re: Missing Chans in EFnet
Only channels that are -s and -p will show up in the channel list.
Also, if you are trying to get a list via /list, the list may be cut off before you get it all because there are so many channels on efnet, and the size of the whole list is greater than what the server can send you. There is a web-based search at http://www.irchelp.org/chanlist or on this web site at http://www.efnet.org/?module=channels . They are both showing many, many -p, -s channels over 100 people.
