Why I can be killed by ppl just for use nick? There is no registration, so anyone can use his nickname...

this can be almost proof i was ddosed...

so, the one who have admin 'friends' (opers?) can kill anyone without consequences? So some people are 'better' than others?

it looks like it was a birthday kill, not a nick stealing kill.
and, by the way, a ddos comes from multiple locations, not one kill.

DDoSing has nothing.. at all to do with kills on IRC.
