Openness of servers

Hi,

Would it be possible to get an indication in the server list on efnet.org of whether a particular server has "generally open-ish I:lines" or not? The idea would be to get an idea of which servers are suitable for inclusion in a client's shipped server list and which aren't.

the round robins are the mostly open I: servers

irc.efnet.org for global
for regional, irc.efnet.us, irc.efnet.ca, irc.efnet.eu

Thanks, although the irc.efnet.org RR seems to be a little out of date - it includes these IPs which I don't think are active anymore:

64.157.15.115
65.77.140.140
198.175.186.5

(and is missing a few servers that seem to be open, like irc.swepipe.se).

uvex maintains the efnet.org RR, i sent a contact to him to get it updated.
