Hi i wanna ask a question but don't shure to 100% it's a right topic little suck witch english. So i was on my channel an i didn't have op becose some net split disconnect me whating on a friend to give me op a bot/use/script enter on my channel and siply give me an op. This is a orginal log from my mirc.

Can some admin tell me what is gob of CHANFIX bot/user/script becose i don't get it how he/she know i am on that channel this channel is mine and how she/he know to who give op. Please can someone explane it to me.
