Can't connect

Is the network down or something? I can no longer connect to the ircs.dks.ca network, it keeps trying and timing out. It started last night when I got disconnected around I think 11pm (cst). Anyone else having these problems?

try another server
irc.ca.efnet.info, irc.us.efnet.info, or irc.eu.efnet.info

Thank you :-). Sorry, Im a nub and I use packet news so it always tries and connects me to a certain network I guess and this one is finally down for me.
