Applying new irc server

Hi guys,
I would like to know how can i join my irc server the efnet irc network?
This is for the user purpose,
my site is in Indonesia,
and I know the irc users from Indonesia are having difficulties to
connect to the efnet network.
Especially the user with GPRS connection can only connect to 2 servers, after
into other is blocked as DRONE or CLONE.

Hi indy,

Have a look in the documents section of http://www.efnet.info, and you will find the requirements and rules on linking.

Dont ask me why, but i belive its EU who would handle a application from Indonesia

You're right, Hardy. The EU region is actually the "Eastern Hemisphere" region.

I will do what you guys said.
Anyway, can you Hardy open the D-Line or K-Line for following IP:
202.152.162.200-202 ?
The users which are using these IP are GPRS users from Indonesia.
It would be nice. Thankyou.

Wouldn't a route to a hub in the US be faster in practice as well as in theory? I guess routing is a different matter than politics, though

I have DL the application; and I am goingto fill it,
whom should I send to anyway?

And following...
the GPRS users with the IP 202.152.162.200 until 202
are still part of the Ban-List.
They can not connect to the EfNet.
I paste here the msg :

-irc.mzima.net- *** Banned drones/flooding

-irc.dks.ca- *** Banned Temporary K-line 1440 min. - Clones are prohibited (2004/9/8 19.06)

-irc.scnet.net- *** Banned Temporary K-line 1440 min. - Cloning is prohibited (2004/9/9 11.20)

I hope. the ban can be deleted.
