keys for specific channels?

Hi,

I was just wondering how to get the keys to specific channels. does anyone know ir is that individual. I don't know if I can post the channel name or not so I will just post it a bit encrypted.

Most of the times you can't find the channel key.
It has a key so that not everybody can join it

You have to ask someone in the channel. That's the only way.

if you're using a decent ircserver you can use the command:
/quote knock #channel
Then all the ops in the channel will recieve a notice that you want in and can choose to msg you the key. This does not work if the channel is +m.

If you get an error-message, try using another irc-server. You'll find a list over irc-servers on this page somewhere.
