he has also taken #ps2 and others
they did all their planing in [#channel removed] and were bribing users such as [nick removed ] and [nick removed ] to manually op [nick removed ] botnet
their new hangout channel is [#channel removed]

I`m going to give the only answer before locking this post.
This issue have been discussed on the global admins list and there was no usage of oper tools or services. Backed up by the logs of chanfix`s automatic database it has been concluded on the admins list that this was a 100% internal issue as the person in question had top10 scores in chanfix, and NO oper/admin tools were used during this restructuring of the channel ops.
That the person in question was a server administrator has nothing to do with a deop of persons he does not wish to be ops there anymore.
