So...
What domain/tld's do you think will be the most abundantly banned on efnet now that we've got +eI coming rather quickly...

OoOoOoo What a good reason for a poll...

I'll be shocked if it's not *@*.no. I know people that ban it if one client comes into the channel from Norway.

I would assume anything that ends with .no following by .aol. I have already banned online.no from my channels. Now thanks to +e I can ban aol from all the channels as well

I'd say *@* would be the most banned, with +e's for known user@hosts.

IRC channel default deny, with a hosts.allow.. ;)

Wouldn't use bans, that's what +I is for.

Set channel +i, then +I everyone who is allowed in.

If you would ban *!*@*.*.*.*.*.* you also ban some normal isp like my own isp. My host is @cust.??.???.adsl.cistron.nl

I know this might not be relivant to this topic, but I don't seem to beable to post on the "Question of the day" topic, so I presume it is locked, even though I can't clearly see where it states it is.

Anyway I have a questions...

Do we really need 'e' or 'I'

On the other hand 'd' would be a great idea, at least then I can finally get rid of those mediasentry critters!!!

Ah well enjoy.

PS...
Say no to .ku and qualitynet.net (I know it doesn't have quite the same ring to it, but it'll do)
