Can be done about a stolen nick .. i've been using the same for over 15 years on efnet, and just tried using it again recently and found someone else using this nick... ofcourse, now the guy has my enhanced statuses on some channels...

can i get it back?

There are no registration services on EFnet, so no nick can be either owned or stolen. No idea what you mean by "enhanced statuses on some channels."
