EFnet IRC Network Forum

We have a web client available to users on our site. We prefer KIWII IRC however many users are encountering errors "too many connections (local)" or "too many connections (global)". Is it possible that EFNET will relax this restriction to allow more connections from kiwii's proxy?

This is all done automatically. KIWII IRC will have to contact the admins of each server to remove this restriction for them.
