If I were to guess, depending on what the users are doing and how much actual traffic is on the server, anywhere from 5 to 10 Mb in 30 days. Very little.

∙φ∙ ? Recv total : 307.25 Megabytes
∙φ∙ ? Server send: 16.21 Gigabytes (30.8 K/s)
∙φ∙ ? Server recv: 3.01 Gigabytes ( 5.7 K/s)

[SX] Server uptime: 6 days 9:03:19

this is with servercentral's public interface being unrouted for 6 days, having 30-50 local clients connected.
so i think it would be safe to assume that a standalone ircd with 30 clients running for a month would use less than 10 megs (depending how much these 30 clients talk)
