A few of us have done bridges between networks, but they are complicated to write and usually don't provide a 1-1 match in features. In addition, P10 (not TS10) is a tokenized and uid-ized protocol, depending on UID's and SID's (encoded in base64) in everything, making it that much more difficult to translate. Another issue between EFnet TS3/5 and ircu P10 is the logic for handling channel "collisions" is different. You're better choosing one or the other, or not linking together at all, sorry.
