EFnet IRC Network Forum

I just signed up and tried to do my first post in the EFnet chat help section a few minutes ago, but my post did not show up. Fortunately I saved it. Is this forum moderated? If so, please state so somewhere or, perhaps optionally, when you do a post. I do not know if it is moderated, or if it was just some random web/browser bug that prevented my post from showing up.

All of our forums are moderated for first-time users due to the hundreds of spams each day. This, as your previous post, has been approved and responses given.
